TBT: Do You Know This Classic Jeep Vehicle

Coming up with a TBT topic can sometimes prove difficult. Fortunately for us, on Twitter, @Jeep likes to post little quizzes. We usually do pretty well, but there have been times when we were stumped. Today is not one of those days, however. Can you guess the Jeep model? We’ll tell you our answer, below, but be sure to check @Jeep’s page for the official answer, tomorrow.

As we said above, this one is slightly obvious. The gas cap position and the indent above the wheel well are tell-tale signs of the Wrangler’s predecessor, the CJ-5. In production from 1954 to 1983, the Jeep CJ-5 was known as the Willys CJ-5 for its first 10 years of existence.

If you want to learn more about the undisputed leader in the world of SUVs, visit us here on 95 East Street, in Ware. From the Cherokee to the Renegade, we have the SUV that’s right for you.
