Dodge Grand Caravans come standard with dual front airbags and full-length side-curtain airbags. The models offered in the Middle East also get a state-of-the-art Blind Spot Monitoring (BSD) system, which monitors blind spots and warns drivers of other vehicles that may be in adjacent lanes. The BSD system works in tandem with the Blind Spot Detection (BSD) system already offered on the Grand Caravan, which monitors vehicles in adjacent lanes when changing lanes or when they are overtaking.
